Esto es uno de los hermosos encantos de mi Isla del Encanto, mi Borinquen y es cierto solo cuando estas lejos de ella por mucho tiempo es que puedes apreciar su lindura, extrañar de donde vienes y mas aun sentirte orgulloso de ser BORICUA de todo corazon.

I grew up in Fajardo. I remembered sitting on the shore line looking at this same image, it was such a relaxing place. Looking at it now makes me home sick. I invite you to stop by Las Croabas when you visit Fajardo, you'll experience a great calming feeling.

Waddie - intriguing. Puerto Rico must've recently gone through some massive terraforming and lost a lot of land to the sea. The picture above was taken not from the shoreline, but from a boat that was good several hundred yards out from the ferry port, headed to Vieques Island. ;-)
!!! Wow...i can vividly see this image in my head, in real-life. Im from Montreal but i grew up every year for a few months during the winter in Fajardo (at Dos Marinas if anyone knows) thanks for my parents who hated the winter back home. Its images that i miss like this now that i havent seen Fajardo in a while.
