Great picture of a very special place! My family and me visited the stonecircle in fantastic weather in October, and it really was a nice place. You could feel history in those magnificent surroundings! We have nice landscape here in the Norwegian fjords, but this was a memory to keep. Knut P. Bøyum

Visited there in 2007 while on tour with Mark Morris Dance Group. We decided to arrive before dawn on Halloween day (Samhain?) and wait for the sun to rise as we stood in the circle. It was chilly, foggy and plenty muddy. Our flashlights got us into the area of the circle in the pitch darkness, then we turned them off and waited for the morning light to come on slowly. it was a moment I will always remember. Other special days on that UK tour included a visit to St. Non's well on a cattle path near the coast at St. David's, sunset at Stonehenge and just minutes later, - full-moon rising over the stones and wooly sheep at Avebury. Thanks, UK. I will love you forever!
