Stunningly beautiful images that I can only image, capture The Lake District in it's true splendour. I really want to go and visit there now!!

I would like to know the technical equipment behind these wondrous photos. Camera? Mac equipment? Software? I know that the photographer adds a magic that, perhaps, can be learned, and is not the result of equipment, but I would be VERY interestd to know what was used, other than the talent, to make these photos. They are so maginificently crips and detailed, the light is superb. Anyone with tips on equipment, please let me know: Luhra.Tivis@arkansas.gov

Luhra - Everything we know is written on the description page....you'll find a link to that in the text above the thumbnails. In this case, the photographer didn't provide camera specs, but there is a link to his web site and other details...you can either find what you need there, or contact him.

We have been living in Cyprus for nearly a year now, and the stunningly beautiful photos of the Lake District brought back many happy memories of climbing almost all of the mountains on show. We are returning next year for a few weeks to climb some more!

I am 72 and my wife is 63, but the beautiful - sometimes strenuous! - Lake District kept us quite fit!!

These are some of the most beautiful pictures I have seen of The Lake District - superb. As a regular visitor of the area (only 2 hours away), the raw beauty of area is breathtaking. Well done.

LAKE DISTRICT...one of the most beautiful places i have ever seen.There is a little bit of magic in this place, and it looks a little bit like the shire don*t u think so?
